1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Giggle Academy Pixel platform ("GAP"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GAP is a Web3 educational platform that combines blockchain technology with digital art to fund education in Tanzania. The platform features an NFT pixel wall where purchases directly contribute to educational initiatives at Uhuru Training Center.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of GAP, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or malicious activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only

4. NFT and Token Transactions

All NFT purchases and token transactions are final and irreversible. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation.

• Pixel purchases: 0.01 BNB per pixel
• Update fees: 0.005 BNB per modification
• All transactions occur on Binance Smart Chain
• Gas fees are paid by the user

5. Intellectual Property

The GAP platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Giggle Academy Pixel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Giggle Academy Pixel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
